Q? Do I pay you or Google for my Ad Spend?

A. Your Google Adwords spend is always paid directly to Google and you are responsible for ensuring that your account is correctly maintained.

Q? Are you Google Certified?

A. Yes, all of our consultants undertake yearly assessment with Google Partners and are certified in various subjects.

Q? Are you insured?

A. Yes, we are fully insured with Allianz Small Business Insurance, with public liability of £2m.

Q? Where are you based and can I visit you?

A. We’re located in Milton Keynes in modern self service office space. We’d be happy to host you at our offices! Please be sure to make an appointment first. You can find our address here.

Q? Are there a minimum number of additional hours I must book?

A. No, as long as you are signed up to our monthly £199 plan, you can book as many or as little additional hours as you require. We’ll always provide a quotation first.

Q? Is there a notice period to cancel my contract?

A. Yes, we have a standard one-month notice period. We won’t make you jump through hoops to cancel. Simply send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest. If you are part way through the month then we will pro-rata the remaining costs.

Q? What are the invoicing and payment terms?

A. We invoice all customers in advance on the 1st of every month. If you contract starts mid-month then we will invoice you on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month. We require our customers to set up a direct debit for their monthly contract.

Q? How do I pay you?

A. We use GoCardless, a direct debit service for small businesses that allows us to collect our monthly fee’s quickly and easily. If there are any additional fee’s (e.g. additional hours or services have been purchased) then this will automatically be added to your direct debit payment for the following month.

Q? Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

A. As we are operating under the VAT threshold, our prices do not attract VAT. We are not VAT registered.

Q? What if I have a complaint?

A. We promise to do anything we reasonably can to keep you happy. If you are not happy for any reason, please send an email to complaints@mkseo.co.uk were will endeavour to assist and make amends.

Q? Will I have the same consultant each month?

A. Yes, for continuity of service and because they’ll have a feel for how your business works, we always try to keep the same consultant looking after your campaigns.
